Your coach builds your training program from scratch using information from your Athlete Profile and Enrolment Forms, Field Tests, and ongoing personal interaction and is loaded into a platform called Today’s Plan. On a regular basis your coach reviews your training and any power or heart rate files you provide, and adjusts your program accordingly. Frequent communication is encouraged so your coach can better monitor your progress and provide guidance for optimal performance.
